Vitamin Sea Ltd and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or group who does not comply with safety rules and guidelines, or whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the enjoyment of the tour by others. By booking a boat tour or using the embarking pontoon or swimming activities, you agree to assume all risks and release Vitamin Sea Ltd including its subsidiaries companies its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
  11. Our online platform charges a 8% service fee, payable on the excursion rate, which will be directly forwarded to the service provider platform. By using our online booking platform, you agree to pay this service fee in addition to the excursion rate.
  12. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of our headquarters, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
  13. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
